I’ve taken these charming, beautiful earrings to many places both in NZ and overseas, and given them to numerous friends. The reaction is always delight: everyone is impressed by the unique design and inspired by the vibrant, swirling patterns. For some Kiwis, these earrings also bring nostalgia, as they remember the famous fishing flies they may have used themselves many years ago, while the fascinating story they tell piques the interest of other nationalities, enticing them to come and visit New Zealand for themselves. I have bought many of these earrings to take as gifts on my travels each year. I like they are small & compact, they are so easy to pack and take no space in your suitcase. I am from NZ and proud to give these as gifts as they are 100% NZ made, unlike many items that are made off-shore and resold in NZ. I like they are real fly and can be worn for all to see. They are smartly packed, with their story on the card and the ear stops are a nice extra touch. I have taken them to Italy, Spain, Ireland & UK and have been well received by my friends. I am a regular client and will continue to be.
